Lunch
Organic Superfood Salad (or Green Smoothy)
including:
Avocado
Organic Spinach
Superfoods
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
No processed foods or your typical salad dressing please!
Dinner
Organic Vegetables and/or
Salad and/or
Green Smoothies
Snack
Organic Seeds or Nuts
or whole Fruit (if you insist on getting a sugar hit!)
