This (Intermittent Fasting) gives your digestive system at least 18 hours of rest since the last meal the evening before, which has numerous health benefits, including burning unwanted fat and longevity. 
Lunch
 
Organic Superfood Salad  (or Green Smoothy)
including:
Avocado
Organic Spinach
Superfoods
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

No processed foods or your typical salad dressing please!

Dinner
 
Organic Vegetables and/or
Salad and/or
Green Smoothies
 
Snack
 
Organic Seeds or Nuts
or whole Fruit (if you insist on getting a sugar hit!)
