What Sugar is Healthy to Eat?
Sugar, in any form, is one of worst things you can ever put into your body, whether it is (hidden) in food or a sweet drink (even fruit juice)!
Whilst we agree that processed sugar is even worse, saying that it is natural or organic or anything else, is just a big delusion.
And yes, those chemical sugar substitutes can be very dangerous.
If, and only if, you think you need to have a "sweet" taste in your mouth, the safest thing is to use Stevia.
By the way, Fructose (fruit sugar) is even worse for you than Glucose, because of the way it interacts with your body.
The best fruits worth eating (in moderation) are: Lemons, Limes, Berries, Tomatoes and Avocados.
Of course carbs (bread, pasta, grains, rice, etc.) are complex sugars which should also be avoided, because they lead to other additional health issues.
Instead focus more on healthy fats, like Omega-3 oil (EPA, DHA, ALA), Coconut oil, Olive Oil and Avocados,
(avoiding unhealthy oils like Transfats and Poly-unsaturate Fatty Acids (PUFA) which contain too much Omega-6).
